In addition to over 25 years of coast-to-coast, hands-on building experience, John is a results oriented professional, a dynamic leader, a strategic building partner, and a skilled communicator. John and his teams have completed projects ranging in all scopes and sizes, with a total portfolio value in excess of a billion dollars. 
 
John has taken his national experience and is delivering it locally to the neighborhoods in which O’Toole Builders serves. John’s unique ability to consistently deliver successful projects while forging a network of sustainable partnerships allows him to provide a strong value-add proposition to his clients by planning and communicating a predictable building process through permitting, design, and buildout.
 
Having grown up in very humble beginnings, John now spends his time giving back to the communities of most need and within the neighborhoods that he engages.
